CHAPTER FIRST - The Republic of CivilelandEdit

Article 1 - The Republic of Civileland is a Sovereign and Democratic Nation, composed by the union of it's States and Cities.
Article 2 - The Sovereign Power belongs to the people of The Republic of Civileland and shall be exercised by the manner provided on this Constitution.

CHAPTER SECOND - Organization of StateEdit

Article 3 - The Republic of Civileland shall be structured as a Parliamentary Federal Democracy.
Article 4 - The Executive, The Legislative and The Judiciary are Branches of the Union.
Single Paragraph: The Branches of the Union shall be independent from each other and harmonic in their relations.

CHAPTER FIRST - THE UNIONEdit

Article 5 - Compete to the Union:
I - Maintain relations with foreign countries;
II - Declare war and celebrate peace;
III - Grant the national defense;
IV - Decree the state of emergency;
V - Decree the federal intervention in a Federal State;
VI - Print currency;
VII - Concede amnesty.
Article 6 - Compete solely on the Union to legislate on:
I - Civil Law;
II - Criminal Law;
III - Procedural Law;
IV - Electoral Law;
V - Federal Judiciary organization;
VI - State Judiciary organization;
VII - Expropriation;
VIII - Nationality;
IX - Naturalization;
X - Public records.
Article 7 - Compete on the Union and on the States, both to legislate on:
I - Tax Law;
II - Budget;
III - Costs of jurisdictional provisions;
IV - Costs of public services;
§1st - Federal Law derogate State Law;
§2nd - Inexisting Federal Law, States shall legislate with full autonomy.

(2a) The Kundrati Union shall be structured as a parliamentary democracy with a unicameral legislature and an elected Head of State. (2b) The Kundrati Union shall be structured as a parliamentary democracy under a constitutional monarch with a unicameral legislature. (3) The National Flag and Motto shall be the flag and the motto adopted by two-thirds of the total number of members of the Federal Senate in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 3. (4) This Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land.
